For dental surgical treatments the use of sterile, powder-free surgical gloves is recommended in order to reduce postoperative infection risk, such as that which might occur after an ineffective bone integration following implantation. In addition, they must also be able to safely prevent any possible transfer of potentially harmful micro-organisms, and particularly blood-transmitted pathogens.
|
The Biogel D sterile glove was developed for exactly these requirements
in dental surgery. In addition to absolute protection, it also offers
comfort, a custom fit and good grip. An additional advantage is provided
by the long cuff. This prevents the glove slipping and ensures, in
addition to resistance to tearing, high protection and additional
safety.
The
advantages are obvious:
Minimum allergy risk: Since it is manufactured from high quality latex, Biogel Dental contains almost no allergenic latex proteins or antigenic chemicals.
Powder-free: Biogel gloves are manufactured and packaged in a guaranteed powder-free environment. Powder-related skin and allergy problems can therefore be excluded.
Special inner coating: Facilitates putting the gloves on and taking them off, even with wet hands.
Microstructured surface: Provides the glove with a perfect grip and excellent tactile sensitivity.
High tear-resistance: Excellent protection due to its rugged resistance to stress.
Absolute safety: Every Biogel Dental glove is subject to strict quality control with regard to defects and leaks, etc. This ensures a consistent quality standard and exceeds DIN EN 455 specifications.
